busy bee
keeping up with this blog is a lot harder than i thought it would be! i have gotten so many great emails and calls from clients, friends and family with great feedback, so i must keep it going!!!
"i think i can i think i can....." one of my favorite lines from "the little engine that could". i say it to myself (as cheesy as that sounds) when i start getting overwhelmed with tasks, and transactions. if i really sit down, and work through a problem, i can usually find a great solution, and then i feel much better! i just have to keep working smarter, not harder! that's my new motto!!!
the market is strong! i am keeping very busy, mostly with buyer's. the listings i have are a little bit harder, mainly because (and i know this first hand from working with so many buyers) there is SOOOO much inventory to choose from right now. there are so many great homes out there for sale, and in great areas too. there are buyer incentives left and right. it's such a great time to buy right now, i can't stress that enough!!!
i have some exciting new changes coming up, that some of you know about, and well, the rest of you will have a nice surprise. i will make my big announcement in october, and can't wait! it's very exciting news for me, and for you. (for the record, no, i am not pregnant!) :)
i just finished up a comparative market analysis (cma) for a past client, josh culotti of lynnwood, wa. he bought his home a little over 2 years ago from me, and he is reaping the benefits now! he has over $70K in equity, and plans on re-financing for a lower rate! he isn't going to touch his equity, and plans to let it keep building. i am so proud of josh!!! he was very stubborn about the whole buying process, and at times, i literally had to drive to his work, and show him listings, and drag him out to see them after he was off. he took me out to lunch yesterday to thank me for that, and it felt so good!
if anyone wants a cma, just let me know. they don't take me very long to do, and i enjoy brushing up on current values anyway, so just shoot me an email, or give me a call with your address and i will have a FREE cma out to you within 24 hours.
weddings are very popular this month! we have 4 total to go to (i am in one too, which should be very fun!). i also have 3 baby showers!!! my cousin marisa is having twin boys! YIKES! they run in our family...just thankful she got them and not me :) another one of my past clients, paige is having a baby boy too! her shower is saturday, and it's coed! HOW FUN! i can't wait.
i hope everyone is enjoying the LA like weather we are having this week, it's been great! have a wonderful week, weekend, and next couple of weeks!
