time flies when you're having fun!

well, i know i wanted to keep up with this blog, and post new ones every friday....but, time has just flown by! anyway, here are some updates in my life, enjoy!

charles "chuckie" marza closed on his new condo, yay! he is officially a homeowner. i am very happy for chuckie, and he is pretty happy too!

lindsay and brad made an offer on a home last week, we are working through the the inspection negotiations now, but i am confident we will work through it all!! it's a great house in burien, and has a full basement! it's got a 2 car garage (which brad loves) and a great big yard for their two dogs to play.

my greenlake listing came back on the market at $610,000 and we got another full price offer within days. the seller is very happy, and just sent me a very sweet card this week to tell me that. thank you india! we should be all closed on this one the first week of september.

ea homes update! my savvy investor guys are almost done with their first "flip" in madison valley. i am listing this home on monday and can't wait to post the "after" photos after my professional photographer gets in there and does his magic. they purchased the home for $417,000, (listed at $450,000) on April 8 as a 2500 sq ft, 4BD/2BA FIXER home, and we are now listing it 4 months later for $675,000. it is now 3310 sq ft, has a 3 car garage, and 5BD/2BA. it's gorgeous! be sure to pop by either one of my open houses to check it out! (August 21-11am-1pm or Sunday, August 24, 1-4pm). this is a must see! here are the before photos:

my little townhome in greenwood is still for sale, and the BEST buy in the area for the square footage at $285,000! it's vacant and staged, and move in ready!

jenny & jason closed on their home, and are so happy!!! they have already sent me a referral, AND gorgeous flowers to my office, which was very sweet of them (and made the other agents in my office jealous, which was kind of nice) :) THANK YOU JENNY & JASON! as far as what's going on in my person life....well, jimi is learning so much everyday! he is like a little sponge, or a parrot! i have to be VERY careful around him, regarding my language and what i say....as we were driving down I5 the other day, he dropped 4 or 5 F BOMBS! i tried SO hard not to laugh...and then realized, he must have heard me, or his dad cussing at another car while driving. it was pretty funny!!! we are going to LA next month for a little family get away, and also just the hubby and i are going on a much needed trip in october, can't wait! (and don't worry, i have another awesome agent covering my business for me!)

we are almost done with our final architectural plans at our queen anne home, it's been a challenging work in progress! we have been debating lately, whether we will move forward with our remodel, complete it, OR, sell our home along with the plans, and buy something already done. it's been much more work than we anticipated, and we just don't know if it's really worth it. financially, it is much cheaper to do, but, it's also a GREAT Buyer's market and there are lots of great deals out there....we will definitely keep you posted on the progress of this.
